Main Responsibilities
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Main Responsibilities
- Plan and execute nexos.ai participation in B2B industry conferences, webinars, community / networking events, speaking panels, and other events
- Research and maintain a calendar of industry events and ensure a consistent brand presence
- Develop event collateral and messaging aligned with brand positioning
- Coordinate pre- and post-event campaigns
- Partner with the sales team to capture leads, track engagement, and optimize follow-ups.
- Track and report event ROI, engagement metrics, and pipeline contribution
- Experience working as a B2B Event Manager, Event Coordinator, Event Planner, or in a similar role and responsibilities
- Demonstrated success in organizing various types of events, such as conferences, own events, webinars, etc
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills
- A strong sense of initiative, proactivity, ability to meet deadlines and deliver fast
- Previous experience working in startups / tech companies / B2B field would be an advantage
- Monthly gross salary up to 3450 eur/month
