B2B Event Marketing Manager | Mid-Senior

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and execute nexos.ai participation in B2B industry conferences, webinars, community / networking events, speaking panels, and other events
• Research and maintain a calendar of industry events and ensure a consistent brand presence
• Develop event collateral and messaging aligned with brand positioning
• Coordinate pre- and post-event campaigns
• Partner with the sales team to capture leads, track engagement, and optimize follow-ups.
• Track and report event ROI, engagement metrics, and pipeline contribution
  
  
  

Core Requirements

• Experience working as a B2B Event Manager, Event Coordinator, Event Planner, or in a similar role and responsibilities
• Demonstrated success in organizing various types of events, such as conferences, own events, webinars, etc
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills
• A strong sense of initiative, proactivity, ability to meet deadlines and deliver fast
• Previous experience working in startups / tech companies / B2B field would be an advantage
  
  
  

Salary Ranges
