🧩 Context

As part of strengthening our client’s ITSM teams in the banking sector, we are looking for a Change & Release Manager responsible for managing and continuously improving the release, change and configuration processes within the organization. You will play a key role in coordinating between technical teams, users and stakeholders to ensure service stability and quality.

🚧 Your responsibilities

• Design, write and document ITSM processes ;
• Manage and optimize the CMDB ;
• Lead the Change Management process ;
• Oversee Release Management ;
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and propose solutions to optimize IT services ;
• Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to implement best practices ;
• Ensure lifecycle management of incidents and service requests ;
• Produce reports on service performance, incidents, changes and deployments.

👤 Your profile

• Significant experience in IT service management (ITSM), particularly in Release Management and Change Management ;
• Proficiency with Omnitracker ;
• Knowledge of XL Release ;
• Proven experience in writing and optimizing ITSM processes ;
• Strong command of French and English, both spoken and written.
