Android Developer:
For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Android Developer for a long contract based in Amsterdam.
Its paying well and my client can interview asap!
Advanced Android Development:
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin (Java knowledge preferred)
- Deep understanding of Android SDK and Jetpack libraries (Compose, ViewModel, Room, WorkManager, etc.)
- Experience building applications using modern architectures (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture)
- Expertise in performance optimization, memory management, and threading (Coroutines, Flow)
- Hands-on experience with offline-first applications, caching strategies, and complex data flows
- Proficiency with dependency injection frameworks (Hilt, Dagger, Koin)
- Secure integration of REST APIs, SDKs, and third-party services
Architecture & Code Quality:
- Ownership of architectural design and technical decision-making
- Enforcing coding standards and best practices
- Writing and reviewing unit, integration, and UI tests
- Conducting thorough code reviews and providing constructive feedback
- Improving CI/CD pipelines, build reliability, and release processes
- Strong focus on security, error handling, and application stability
