At Deloitte Deal Advisory, we help clients maximise the value of their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across the entire transaction cycle, including the below offerings:

We are seeking Analysts to join our Stockholm office in August 2025. In this role, you will support clients through integration and separation programmes, manage various aspects of the M&A process and engage with stakeholders to optimise deal value. You will conduct high-quality research and analysis, delivering strategic insights and work alongside our analytics experts to uncover new opportunities from big data and advanced analytics. Additionally, you will develop rapport and trust with clients, drive programme management, prepare presentations, facilitate workshops and contribute to business development activities that enhance Deloitte’s market presence across the region.
A successful candidate has the following qualities:
- Completed MBA or Master’s degree with strong academic results
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Prior experience in strategy development or any part of the M&A lifecycle is beneficial
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility in handling the demands of deal cycles
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency in written and spoken English and preferably Swedish or another Scandinavian language
- Can-do attitude, goal-oriented and positive mindset
As an Analyst with Deloitte Deal Advisory, you will be an integral part of a dynamic and growing team, contributing to successful mergers and divestitures across a range of industries. You will experience a steep learning curve in management advisory, strategic thinking and change management, with broad exposure to M&A projects in various industries and geographies. Working closely with colleagues, clients and investors worldwide, you will gain valuable international experience.
