Client Development Data Analyst
We are looking for a Client Development Data Analyst to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!
Location: Lisbon or Porto
Main Tasks:
- Produce relevant and value-added reports and documentation to support regional and global client reviews.
- Leverage internal and external data sources to generate meaningful insights on business performance and client activity.
- Promote the automation of Client Development deliverables in partnership with business owners and IT teams.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of client data across multiple data streams, dashboards, and reporting layers.
- Support specialists in London, New York, and Hong Kong by providing high-quality analysis and reliable information to strengthen the global sales process.
- Monitor KPIs related to client strategy, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Enhance information-sharing and client intelligence by contributing to reporting optimization and automation initiatives.
Profile:
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Experience in producing analytical reports, performance analysis, and client-focused dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple data sources while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to support global teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Technical Skills:
- Data visualization and analytics tools: Tableau, Power BI
- Python (mainly Pandas)
- SQL and ETL processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing
