Client Development Data Analyst

We are looking for a Client Development Data Analyst to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Location: Lisbon or Porto

Main Tasks:

• Produce relevant and value-added reports and documentation to support regional and global client reviews.
• Leverage internal and external data sources to generate meaningful insights on business performance and client activity.
• Promote the automation of Client Development deliverables in partnership with business owners and IT teams.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of client data across multiple data streams, dashboards, and reporting layers.
• Support specialists in London, New York, and Hong Kong by providing high-quality analysis and reliable information to strengthen the global sales process.
• Monitor KPIs related to client strategy, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance information-sharing and client intelligence by contributing to reporting optimization and automation initiatives.

Profile:

• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
• Experience in producing analytical reports, performance analysis, and client-focused dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple data sources while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support global teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Technical Skills:

• Data visualization and analytics tools: Tableau, Power BI
• Python (mainly Pandas)
• SQL and ETL processes
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing
