Research & Innovation Project Manager

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A motivated Project Manager who will coordinate and support the implementation of research projects and commercial technology development projects in the fields of artificial intelligence and IoT.

Core Requirements:

·       Ph.D. or Master’s degree (mandatory)

·       Background in mathematics, computer science, or electrical engineering (bonus)

·       Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Technical Competences:

·       Strong understanding of mathematical and technical problems

·       Skilled in writing technical specifications, documentation, and scientific/technical reports

·       Programming skills (bonus)

Project & Work Execution

·       Able to manage complex projects and motivate developers

·       Independently defines tasks and delivers without detailed instructions

·       Organized and effective in planning and time management

Collaboration & Communication

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·       Able to navigate diverse stakeholders and design practical digital solutions

Other

·       Enjoys traveling and meeting new people

YOUR TASKS:

·       Coordination of project activities and communication with partners

·       Manage development and ensure alignment with company leadership

·       Oversee project execution to ensure quality and timely delivery

·       Prepare technical deliverables, documentation, and project reports

·       Support in proposal writing and documentation preparation

·       Contribution to dissemination and exploitation activities

·       Monitor project progress, risks, and milestones, and prepare internal status reports
