Resumen

The Human Resource Administrator will assist with administrative tasks during onboarding, coordinates pre-onboarding activities, and ensures smooth integration for new hires. Maintains accurate employee files, contracts, and compliance documentation; supports audits to ensure adherence to employment laws. Assists employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries; communicates and enforces company policies and procedures. Supports recruitment processes, schedules training sessions, tracks attendance, and maintains training records to foster employee development.

Responsabilidades

  • Provides administrative support for various HR processes, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, benefits enrollment, transfers, promotions, market adjustment, and offboarding, including preparing and processing relevant documentation.
  • Monitors and responds to assigned HR cases (questions, concerns, etc.) within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery tool, escalating trends or broader issues for review and resolution.
  • Supports various programs and ad hoc projects within the HR department (such as new hire orientation, New Leader Training, etc.)
  • Coordinates training sessions, tracks attendance, and maintains records.
  • Assist with creating, running, and reviewing reports for data audits.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Calificaciones

Education

  • Associates in Human Resources business or related field required. ()
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business or related field preferred. ()

Experience

  • 2+ years HR support or administrative role required. ()

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to learn and operate an HRIS system
  • Time management and multi-tasking with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience handling and maintaining confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Work collaboratively in a work setting
