At Nedap Healthcare, we have developed an innovative device called 'Nedap Luna', designed specifically to assist elderly individuals with dementia, enhancing their independence and quality of life. It also contributes to the sustainability of the Dutch healthcare system. We are now scaling up this proposition and are looking for a Medior/Senior Software Engineer to accelerate this growth.
As a Medior/Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in technically preparing our product for scaling. You will adapt the product based on the changing needs of users and further integrate it into our software platform for healthcare providers. You will collaborate closely with various teams within Nedap Healthcare and ensure that our product remains technically scalable.

You will join a young and dynamic team where you will have significant responsibility. Together with colleagues from sales and development departments, you will guide our product through this critical phase of scaling. You will work with various teams within our department to optimally integrate our solution into the services we offer.
We work both from our charming office in Groenlo and remotely. The balance between working from home and at the office varies among colleagues. We value regular personal contact at the office for good team dynamics and sharing spontaneous ideas.

- Implementation: You will develop functionalities that perfectly meet the needs of healthcare providers, caregivers, and clients. You will tackle complex challenges and work on both the backend and frontend of our product;
- Collaboration: You will collaborate with other teams within Nedap to ensure that our product seamlessly integrates into our comprehensive software platform;
- Technical Strategy: You will make strategic technical decisions that are crucial for the scalability of our product;
- Knowledge Sharing: You will share your expertise within the team and contribute to a learning environment.

Required
Required experience and skills
We are looking for an eager and curious software engineer, excited by technical challenges, even those outside his or her specialty. You should have:
- At least three years of experience in a relevant technical field.
- Availability to work at least 32 hours per week.
- Experience with some of our used technologies such as Kotlin, Vue.js, MySQL, Redis, GitHub, UDP, Protocol Buffers, and Docker, or comparable technologies.
- Willingness to also work with other programming languages and frameworks.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English.
