We are looking for a person to support Retail and Omnichannel development in DtC Sales and Marketing D&IT functions. The role is to assist everyday work of Solution Managers from defining the scope to implementation, being the link between Product Owners and team during projects and continuous development, securing quality and results to achieve agreed targets on time.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Overall ownership of assisting retail and omnichannel functional / tech development coordination from continuous development to program delivery, incl. solutions, dev operations & processes mgmt. with internal and external stakeholders through dev pipeline incl. all areas.
• Help to define development scope by working collaboratively with Business,
• Development, Sales, Operations, Digital&IT and other departments.
• Manage Jira board, sprints, tickets together with Solution Managers and operating as a Scrum Master.
• Prepare, update and create documentation and meeting memos e.g. Jira / Confluence documentation. Reporting value adding way with actionable insights.
• Follow technical guidelines, templates, best practices.
• Control that changes are recorded and change mgmt. and audit readiness is followed.
• Help to create plans and reserve resources.
• Stakeholder and area's network collaboration, communication support and expectation mgmt.
• Participate in vendor management.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, support to provide consistent service and UX.
• Participate in testing.
• Provide technical support, consultation, demos and trainings for different technologies (related to Retail and Omnichannel).
• Contribute to current and new products and services planning, design, development, implementation and testing. E.g. by assisting to translate the business requirement to detail level and turning those to e.g. workable solutions, integrations, action plans, securing that those meet the requirements, results and documentation level.
• Perform variety of other ad-hoc tasks, operations and project actions as assigned.
• Support to drive growth and reach agreed targets.

• Experience in multivendor development.
• Understanding of Agile framework.
• Framework design experience.
• Headless CMS, SAP, CRM/Salesforce experience.
• eCommerce, loyalty, consumer support experience.
• Payment methods, data and integrations mgmt. basic knowledge.
• ISTQB Certifications.

WHO YOU ARE:

• To succeed in this position, you have app. 3 years of IT and business/industry work experience in a similar role.
• You have in-depth knowledge of a variety of DTC digital development related ways of working, operations, processes, IT systems, databases and applications - Previous technical support role will be an advance.
• You are able to adapt your interpersonal style to suit different people and situations, showing respect and sensitivity towards individual and cultural differences in multi-cultural environments.
• You have great problem solving, time-management and communication skills.
• You are a friendly team player with internal client service attitude.
• As a person you have a self-organizing structured way of working, even in fast changing environment.
• You have both accuracy for detail and ability to understand larger DTC contexts and dependencies.
• You are self-motivated, action oriented, seeking continual improvement and you are results driven both from tech and business perspective.
• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent competence and/or 3 years equivalent work experience.
• You have Fluent written and spoken English. English will be your daily working language
