Key responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-stack Developer to join our team focused on delivering a high-performance Revenue Manager Configuration Application (RMCA). In this assignment, you will take a leading role in development, champion innovation using Java and AI tools, and provide mentorship to colleagues within an agile framework.
The RMCA team benefits from a strong Product Owner and values members who are proactive and contribute to team cohesion. As most of the team works onsite daily, we are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is confident in sharing ideas and effectively communicating within group settings.
What you will do:
- Design and develop scalable full-stack services in Java, JavaScript.
- Lead features based on 3GPP Policy Control (Diameter, 5G REST).
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver product increments.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
- Support AI and DevOps tool adoption (e.g., Amazon Kiro, Copilot, Kubernetes).
The skills you bring:
- 5+ years in backend development with Java
- Experience with telecom protocols (Diameter, 5G REST).
- Strong skills in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus).
- Proficient with Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Maven.
- Agile mindset; experience working in Scrum teams.
