The DUO Groningen tender has been (partly) awarded to the combination of Yellow Friday and Sogeti. The hiring of non-proprietary personnel is done by Yellow Friday. The contracting (and thus account management) is done by Sogeti. There is no question of subcontracting and tariff stacking, as we are one provider to DUO Groningen.
As a Scrum Master, you will be deployed within the End User Services value stream to be formed (see above). At the moment, the value stream is being set up, the team formation, where colleagues have selected their preferred team, has just taken place. By January 1, 2026, the value stream must be operational. As a Scrum Master, you guide 2 to 3 teams. Together with the Product Owners and of course the teams themselves, coordination still needs to take place about the ideal distribution. As a Scrum Master, you play an important role in the launch of this value stream. Together with the other scrum masters and the Release Train Engineer, you ensure that we start smoothly with sufficient attention to the change, without this being at the expense of the service. You help the teams get into a new rhythm with accompanying routines. You also help the teams continuously improve the (new) way of working and evaluate the recently introduced changes. Good to know: together with your Scrum Team(s) you act in an environment where different ways of working come together (ITSM, Agile, Scrum, KANBAN & Scaling Agile/SAFe). The teams have to deal with governance (CAB, change management and incident management). And the new working agreements need to be discovered, implemented and refined. Together with the teams, you will look for the right balance between these ways of working. What will you do as a Scrum Master? In particular with regard to the launch of the EUS value stream:
- Implement and adjust the agreed agile working agreements together with the team, if necessary.
- Coordinate the collaboration with enabling team(s), solution architect(s), security and many others within the train and discover and secure new working agreements.
- Support the changes
Help the team achieve the agreed goals.Attention to continuous improvement: Initiates, facilitates and realizes improvements where possible or necessary.Improve team workflow by removing bottlenecks, waste and delays.Collaboration with other Scrum Masters and release train engineer at PI planning.
What do we expect from you as a Scrum Master? We expect someone who stimulates growth and knows how to motivate individuals. Someone with an empathetic attitude and the ability to discuss difficult topics. Experience and skill to quickly find support and make connections. Affinity with technology helps with the connection towards the team members. We also expect a Scrum Master to be a natural facilitator. More practically: to be able to guide the teams optimally

PSMI en/of PSMII & SAFe, een leergang dienend, faciliterend en Coachend leiderschap in een Agile omgeving, Opleiding Teamcoach, Resultaatgericht Leidinggeven.
HBO/WO denk- en werkniveau (2 jaar)
Aantoonbare ervaring met agile & scrum werken in een serviceteam (beheerteam) of vergelijkbare omgeving (2 jaar)
Ruime kennis en ervaring met scrum toepassen en coachen van team(s) als scrum master (2 jaar)
De wensen
