I’m currently partnering with a high-end boutique company specialising in Data Engineering, MLOps, Data Science, and Machine Learning technology, a company defined by craftsmanship, deep technical expertise, and a warm, open culture.

They’re now looking for a Head of Data to take on a unique dual role:

50% leading a Data Engineering Team, 50% delivering high-impact Data Engineering and ML Projects for clients.

This role is suited to someone with a deep technical background and a strong affinity for people, strategy, and commercial thinking.

You’ll be working with teams and clients that are building meaningful, data-powered solutions — intelligent platforms, ML-driven tools, scalable data products — with organizations such as:

🛒 A major e-commerce platform.

🚆 A national railway organization.

🟣 A leading telecom provider.

🪑 A global furniture retailer.

⚡ A renewable energy innovator.

The Successful Head of Data will need:

• Expert knowledge and experience in Data Engineering, Data Science or Machine Learning.
• Expert level of Python.
• 4+ years of experience in AWS, Azure or GCP
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• A natural sense of ownership — you take action, get things moving, and inspire others.
• Passion for technology combined with genuine interest in culture, organization, and people.
