Responsibilities:

• Building Streaming & Batch Data Pipelines
• Managing real-time data flows in a stable, optimized, and well-monitored structure
• Developing batch ETL processes with a focus on performance, cost efficiency, and scalability
• Translating business needs into technical requirements and designing accurate data flows
• Designing, developing, and sustainably managing microservice-based services
• Skillfully integrating resilience patterns such as circuit breaker, schema management, backward compatibility, timeout, retry, and bulkhead into projects
• Designing low-latency, high-availability, and scalable system architectures
• Taking end-to-end ownership of produced data services with Data Quality, Monitoring, and Alerting mechanisms
• Maintaining process rhythm through DataOps practices (CI/CD, versioning, test automation)

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Strong background in SQL databases and performance-oriented data modeling
• Production-level application development experience with Go or Python
• Hands-on experience in developing streaming & batch data pipelines
• Experience in RESTful API Architecture & Development
• Proficiency with DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Git, and CI/CD

Optional Qualifications:

• Familiarity with BigQuery, StarRocks, or similar MPP/DWH technologies
• Knowledge of orchestration & transformation tools such as Airflow or DBT
• Experience with Data Quality, Data Governance, or Monitoring tools (DataHub, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
