We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join international insurance transformation projects, focused on building cloud-native, event-driven platforms.
Location: remote from Poland
Start: Jan 2026
Language: English
Interview process : 2 stages
- Design and develop Java-based microservices
- Work with Kafka (or other message brokers) for event-driven integration
- Build and deploy solutions on AWS or Azure
- Translate business requirements into technical designs
- Ensure high code quality through testing and code reviews
- Guide and support junior and mid-level developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams
- Skills :
- Strong knowledge of Java & Spring / Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with Cloud (AWS or Azure)
- Experience with Kafka or similar messaging platforms
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
- Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
