Java Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join international insurance transformation projects, focused on building cloud-native, event-driven platforms.

Location: remote from Poland

Start: Jan 2026

Language: English

Interview process : 2 stages

• Design and develop Java-based microservices
• Work with Kafka (or other message brokers) for event-driven integration
• Build and deploy solutions on AWS or Azure
• Translate business requirements into technical designs
• Ensure high code quality through testing and code reviews
• Guide and support junior and mid-level developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams
• Skills :
• Strong knowledge of Java & Spring / Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with Cloud (AWS or Azure)
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging platforms
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
