Expected Competences And Knowledge
- Strong expertise in .NET 8.0 and C# (5 years +) with experience in building scalable, production-ready microservice
- Hands-on experience with frontend development using React.js and/or StencilJS (Web Components)
- Solid understanding of event-driven architectures (Kafka, MassTransit)
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB)
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, incubator-style environment with evolving priorities
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, including production issue resolution
- Experience collaborating directly with customers and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and technical documentation
- Extend and develop custom C# framework for workflow migration
- Build and maintain frontend components
- Writing technical documentations
- Extending automated tests framework
- Support pilot deployments with responsive issue resolution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions against business requirements
- Balance evolving pilot priorities with ongoing development work
