Our Deloitte Strategy, Risk & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering strategy, business design and transformation, M&A transaction services, valuation and financial modeling, corporate finance advisory, and forensics. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

The Strategy practice is looking for a Manager who can lead projects, coach teams, and drive client impact across multiple industries. The work we do is real, with a real impact to the world. Join us!


What You Will Do


Strategy projects typically focus on identifying and building new sources of competitive advantage, increasing revenues, improving margin, and optimizing operations in service of driving growth. Our engagements frequently leverage our leading-edge strategy methods that include “Strategic Choice Cascade” and “Strategic Choice Structuring” to help clients think through their strategy choices around the long-term evolution of their industry and the implications for their business.


As a strategy Manager, you will work at the intersection of corporate/business unit and operational strategy. You will work among strategic advisors to help our clients shape their business agenda and architect enterprise transformations in different sectors. You'll partner across our enterprise to bring the best of Deloitte to our clients.


As a Manager, you will:


  • Lead and oversee project teams to design and deliver executable strategies for clients, from ideation to implementation,
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations to C-level executives across industries such as consumer products, retail, energy and natural resources, industrial products and manufacturing, technology and others,
  • Manage multiple client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence and high client satisfaction and the preparation of proposals for prospective clients,
  • Drive business development initiatives, including proposal development, client targeting, and thought leadership,
  • Guide and coach consultants to ensure continuous learning, quality, and impact,
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Deloitte’s global network to design end-to-end strategic solutions,
  • Leverage analytical and financial frameworks to evaluate strategic options and market opportunities,
  • Support the design of operating models, processes, and organizational structures that align with clients’ strategic goals.


Qualifications

Required:


  • A strong academic background in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics,
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a strategy/management consulting firm or Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Strategic Planning, Growth Strategy, Commercial Strategy, or Business Transformationroles in industries such as consumer, TMT, energy and resources, or industrial products/manufacturing,
  • A passion for strategic problem-solving, innovation, and impactful client work,
  • Proven track record in leading consulting projects and managing client engagements,
  • Experience in working with senior executives crafting and implementing strategies for growth and transformation at the corporate, business, or product/service level,
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and financial acumen and experience in using analytical methods and tools to create project analysis and recommendation support,
  • Deep experience in creating client-ready materials, including roadmaps, presentations (PowerPoint), business case, business process and transformation plans, etc.,
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills,
  • Ability to lead a team and influence others, including coaching and mentoring other staff,
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).


Preferred:


  • Advanced degree in business (i.e., MBA or MSc in Industrial Engineering),
  • Experience in the consulting services sales pursuit & proposal processes,
  • Knowledge of or experience in broader G&A functions (i.e., HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Commercial Operations).
