Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketeer Intern who is eager to make a meaningful impact on our platform's growth strategy. This internship is unpaid, but it offers a unique opportunity to

gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, and strategy within a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Growth Strategy Development: Assist in developing and executing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement across our platform.

• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engines.

• Content Creation & SEO: Contribute to content creation efforts, focusing on SEO best practices to increase organic reach and visibility.

• Team Growth: assist in the team growth in both attracting new candidates to join as well as onboarding them.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze key performance metrics, identify trends, and prepare reports to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

• User Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and retention, utilizing both organic and paid channels.

• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize campaign performance.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the design, development, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall platform goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Media studies, Communication or a related field.

• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar are a must.

• Content Creation: Experience in creating and optimizing content for various digital channels.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and results clearly.

• Language: A high level of English is mandatory. Knowledge of other languages is welcomed.

• Creativity: A creative mindset with a passion for testing new ideas and thinking outside the box.

• Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
