AI Engineer / Data Engineer (Full-Time, On-site in Izmir)

Your Role

We need an AI Engineer who can take pre-trained models (LLMs, Vision, etc.), integrate them into our software products, and orchestrate complex AI agents. You will work alongside our development team and support our current AI resources to scale our capabilities.

Responsibilities

·       Design and build AI-powered backends using LLMs and agent frameworks

·       Integrate AI into software products with dev teams.

·       Fine tune open source models

·       Research and apply the latest AI methods.

·       Work with developers to define how AI features will be consumed in the application.

Requirements

·       3+ years in AI/data engineering.

·       Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGPT. Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and RAG architectures is a must.

·       Strong ML, statistics, and data analysis skills.

·       Python proficiency (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).

·       Experience with NLP/LLMs or other AI techniques.

·       Knowledge of vector search technologies (ChromaDB, Pinecone, Elasticsearch)

·       Experience deploying ML models in production.

·       English fluency.

Nice to Have

·       Knowledge of local LLM deployment (Ollama, vLLM)

·       Experience deployling and scaling AI applications on cloud platforms or using model providers.

·       Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, vector databases.

·       Portfolio of AI projects or publications.

·       Agent orchestration and integration (n8n, LangChain, LangGraph)

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or other related field from four-year College or   University.
