As an HRSS Coordinator – SME HR Operations, you will make an impact by managing end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from hire to exit, within Cognizant’s HR Shared Services (HRSS) team. You will be a valued member of the HRSS team and work closely with HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Immigration, and other business functions to ensure seamless HR operations.
In This Role, You Will
- Deliver multilingual support and provide administrative assistance for HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Recruitment, Immigration, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain SLAs, SOPs, and trackers while driving process efficiency and timely, accurate HR operations.
- Proactively suggest and implement process improvements and re-engineering initiatives.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, guiding them to policies, procedures, and specialist advice.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2/3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office. What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- High school diploma or college/university degree.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR or related administration/process management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in HR Shared Services or similar HR operational roles.
- Knowledge of HR process improvement and re-engineering.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools.
