- End-to-End Project Ownership: Take ownership of data science projects—from initial business exploration and model prototyping to robust deployment and continuous performance monitoring.
- Manufacturing & Operations Focus: Design and develop cutting-edge predictive and AI models specifically aimed at optimizing manufacturing operations, enabling predictive maintenance, and improving supply chain logistics.
- Data Wrangling & Integrity: Collect, integrate, clean, pre-process, and validate data from diverse sources (databases, APIs, cloud platforms) to ensure data quality and integrity for modeling.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure AI/ML solutions are production-ready, technically sound, and fully aligned with core business goals.
- Insight Communication: Effectively communicate complex insights and model performance to both technical and non-technical audiences using clear visualizations, dashboards, and concise reports.
- Exploratory Analysis: Visualize and perform deep exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover critical business insights and inform strategic decision-making.
- Innovation: Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in data science and artificial intelligence, constantly seeking new ways to drive business value.
We value creativity, strong data wrangling, and robust modeling skills above all.
- Experience: Proven experience working in less-defined problem spaces, building solutions from scratch, and adapting efficiently to uncertainty.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in developing and deploying advanced ML and statistical models.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills in English (required for stakeholder support) and proven ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Capacity: 100%
- Location: Remote
