Who You Are

You are ambitious, data-driven, and passionate about empowering individuals through financial innovation. You understand Turkey’s dynamic market, from digital-native consumers to emerging financial needs and you’re ready to make an impact.

Your Role

• Define and execute a market-specific strategy to position nsave as a leading fintech brand in Turkey.
• Build and lead community engagement initiatives, fostering trust and advocacy among Turkish users.
• Establish strategic partnerships with local organizations, startups, and educational institutions.
• Drive user acquisition and retention through creative campaigns, paid media, and referral programs.
• Use data analytics and experimentation to refine growth funnels and improve user experience.
• Work closely with product and tech teams to localize features and enhance conversion.
• Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to guide strategic decisions.
• Report performance metrics and insights to leadership teams.
  
  

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in growth, marketing, or business development, ideally in fintech or startups.
• Expertise in digital growth tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to turn data into action.
• Excellent communication in Turkish and English (Arabic is a plus).
• A flexible, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on execution and impact.
