In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end data governance, master data management, data quality, cataloging, and data access-security processes across the organization. You will define data standards, ensure consistency, and support business units in working with accurate and reliable data.

Job Description

• Develop, update, and enforce corporate data policies, standards, and procedures.
• Establish and manage the Data Owner and Data Stewardship model, and run data governance council activities.
• Manage master data domains, including dictionaries, hierarchies, and taxonomies.
• Define data quality dimensions and KPIs; operate profiling, monitoring, alerting, and improvement workflows.
• Conduct root cause analyses and lead continuous data quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage the enterprise data catalog and maintain accurate business definitions and technical metadata.
• Maintain end-to-end data lineage and support impact analysis for all data changes.
• Ensure secure data access, define masking/ anonymization rules, maintain audit trails, and support compliance (GDPR/KVKK).
• Define and govern API/data contracts, validation rules, schemas, and versioning; coordinate release and change impacts.
• Collaborate with business units for requirements, training, data literacy initiatives, and vendor/tool evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. (Engineering)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data governance, master data management, or data quality.
• Knowledge of data models, metadata, business rules, and data dictionaries.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations, data security, and access management.
• Preferably familiar with SQL, data analytics tools, or data platforms.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
