We are looking for a motivated and skilled student to join our BMW team in Oslo.
In this position your main focus will be to analyze business performance with various data sources and analyze and report on business performance. In a bigger context, you are part of a team that is developing the BMW business. Currently, we are in the exciting transformation towards electrification and digitalization to further develop our premium customer journey and experience.
What awaits you?
- Analyze and monitor performance and generating reports for follow up and identifications of improvements initiatives.
- Preparing analysis, tracking and steering, reporting and presentations to support local management and reporting needs.
- Perform data validation to ensure reporting quality.
- Close collaboration with area managers, business unit directors, cross-functional teams and dealers.
What should you bring along?
- Pursuing a degree in economics, management, business or other related fields.
- Skills in Microsoft Office and particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- The confidence and communication skills to engage with dealers and stakeholders in a constructive, collaborative manner.
- Speak and write fluently English.
- Favorably experience from automotive dealer business or similar, but not a requirement.

The position is part-time, approximately 20 hours a week and you will be reporting to sales manager for BMW in Norway. It’s located at Fornebu, the premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym.
