What You’ll Do
- Design and develop solutions for improving internal efficiency and features in our core product.
- Data Preparation & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze datasets for AI model training/testing; insights.
- Automation & Process Improvement: Identify automation opportunities and implement workflows
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create technical documentation for AI prototypes and workflows; prepare internal presentations and guides
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and share knowledge internally.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI and proven experience delivering solutions where Gen AI was central.
- Experience with agent-building frameworks.
- Proficient in C#, .Net technology and Microsoft ecisystem.
- Experience with working on Azure or other Cloud platforms
- Solid software engineering skills, including architecture basics and design patterns.
- Experience with API design (REST, MCP) and knowledge of established and emerging standards.
- Domain expertise in financial systems is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- EU work permit.
