ChicksX, a fast-growing leader in the crypto exchange industry, is expanding our storefront team! We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join us in Mississauga and Vancouver as Storefront Associates.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist customers visiting our storefront.
- Guide clients through crypto exchange transactions clearly and securely.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support storefront operations, including cash handling, reporting, and daily procedures.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Interest in cryptocurrency and digital finance (training provided).
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in Mississauga or Vancouver.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or financial services is a plus.
