About the role:

The Project Coordination Officer will provide project coordination and administrative support across operational, onboarding, and product & technology functions to ensure smooth execution of internal processes and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Support

  • Manage accounts for applications, platforms, and services, including subscription oversight.
  • Administer shared inbox and vendor invoices, coordinate with finance for execution.
  • Partner with HR on contract management and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Create and maintain organized documentation in SharePoint and other collaboration tools.

Project Coordination

  • Track workstreams and deliverables using project management tools (e.g. Excel, Shortcut).
  • Schedule meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Gather and consolidate information for executive reporting.
  • Liaise with SMEs and third-party contractors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination between SMEs and product development teams.
  • Be seen as the “go-to” between teams for who’s who and what’s what

Product Operations

  • Support onboarding of new team members.
  • Manage developer tickets and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with in-app content and product documentation.


What you Bring:

  • 3-5 years project management, coordination or operational oversight.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
  • Experience working in high-growth technology companies or fast-paced startup environments preferred.
