As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a diverse portfolio of digital transformation initiatives for our external clients. Leveraging your expertise in managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects across both Government and Commercial sectors, you will lead crossfunctional teams and work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions spanning AI-powered applications, robotic process automation (UiPath), workflow automation, SharePoint, intelligent document processing platforms, and enterprise content management systems.



What does the role look like? Project Management

  • Drive end-to-end planning, scheduling, and delivery of multi-technology projects including AI capabilities, RPA (UiPath), workflow automation, SharePoint deployments, intelligent document processing, and ECM platforms.
  • Monitor and manage project deliverables, budgets, operational efficiency, and adherence to documentation and quality standards.
  • Implement robust risk management strategies and quality assurance processes across all solution areas.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to develop proposals showcasing our broad digital capabilities and value proposition.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams—technical, business, and vendor partners—to ensure seamless solution delivery and adoption.


Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to assess requirements and recommend the right mix of solutions—from AI and automation to collaboration and document management platforms. Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction, alignment, and adoption.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on how emerging technologies can address business challenges and unlock opportunities


What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent, with PMP/CITPM certification is a must
  • At least 4 to 5 years’ working experience (min 2 years in government projects), with min 3 years’ IT Project Management.
  • Demonstrated experience with Electronic Content Management (ECM) software, including OpenText and EMC Documentum, is a valuable asset.
  • Ability to provide mentorship and leadership to the team
  • Good communication skills with excellent spoken and written English
  • A results-driven mindset with a strong customer focus and dedication to achieving project success. A proactive, responsible team player with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
