It’s an essential tool in film and advertising — used to shape creative direction and secure production deals.
Your Responsibilities
- Design presentations from scratch and deliver them on time following the Project Manager’s direction.
- Collaborate with writers to align visuals with narrative tone.
- Revise and refine based on feedback from directors and producers.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have knowledge of Readymag, Figma, Photoshop, InDesign and want to improve.
- Understand written and verbal communication in English (B1 level or higher).
- Are responsible, curious, and proactive.
- Have great taste and a sense of visual rhythm.
- Value deadlines, collaboration, and continuous learning.
What We Offer
- Biweekly payments upon delivery.
- Payment is adjusted during the learning / internship phase and increases as skills, speed, and responsibility grow.
- Opportunity to learn from and collaborate with professionals in the film and advertising industry across 50+ countries.
- Access to the latest design and visual research tools.
- Flexibility in working hours — as long as deadlines are met.
- Freedom to choose which projects to join.

You might be a perfect fit if:
- You already have some hands-on experience in design or visual storytelling and want to apply it to real commercial projects with global directors.
- You’re independent, responsible, visually sharp, and curious about how creative ideas get sold before they’re made.
- You’re starting your path in filmmaking or design and want to grow by working on real commercial projects with global directors.
If this sounds like a fit — we’d love to hear from you.
Please send your portfolio or examples of your design work (PDF, website, Readymag or Figma links).
