The Role 📬
We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our global Sales team.
You’ll focus on high-value partnerships, enterprise deals, and international growth.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in Business Development or Sales (fintech, payments, regulated environments)
- Proven track record of closing large-scale, high-value deals
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset
- Advanced English and ability to travel
Nice to have:
- Experience building partnerships with FIs, startups, or enterprises
- Understanding of fintech trends (payments, blockchain, AI)
- Knowledge of KYC/KYB processes
- Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics (MBA is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships aligned with growth goals
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to long-term partnership management
- Drive expansion into new markets and industries
- Collaborate with Legal, Product, Compliance, and Marketing teams
- Monitor market trends and competitors
- Report on pipeline, revenue, and partnership performance
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
