Job Description:

Overall responsibility to support Biz Growth, Market Share, Channel growth in HA Biz in respective region.

Key Objectives of the Position

  • To work out Monthly/ Quarterly Sellin/Sellout Plan for respective Region
  • Ensure drive on key focus area as assigned by Head office
  • Strong collaboration with Sales Functions for overall deliverance
  • Increase Market Share of strategic segments
  • Strong collaboration with Sales & Product Functions to enhance channel expansion.


Key Tasks – Areas of Responsibility

Financial/Strategic


  • Work closely with Regional Heads / Branch Manager / BTM
  • Fulfil Product / Channel / Retail Management Objectives
  • Drive shop floor display as per guideline along with branches.
  • Track Competitor Activities thru Marketing Intelligence
  • Develop Strategy for the Regions/Branches on strategic segments.
  • Monitor & review Channel Efficiency & Health on a periodic basis
  • Ensure accuracy in Demand & Sellout Forecasting by branch
  • Knowledge & Experience Required, Other key information regarding the Profile



KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Around 15+ years Sales & Marketing experience
  • Good Team Player who encourages the development of subordinates
  • Experience in Strategic planning and execution
  • Excellent Interpersonal & Relationship Management skills
  • High on Self-Motivation with Positive attitude
