About the Role

We are seeking a Blockchain Developer with strong hands-on experience in blockchain application development. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the blockchain network ecosystem, proven expertise in Solidity smart contracts, and experience building Web3-based decentralized applications (dApps), including DeFi protocols. The role requires someone who can join immediately and contribute from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity.
• Build and integrate Web3-based decentralized applications (dApps).
• Develop and maintain DeFi protocols such as DEXs, lending/borrowing, staking, or yield farming.
• Work with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, or similar networks.
• Ensure smart contract security, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate blockchain solutions.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and smart contract audits.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in blockchain, Web3, and DeFi ecosystems.
• Maintain documentation for blockchain architectures and implementations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain development.
• Strong understanding of Blockchain Network Ecosystems.
• Proficient in Solidity and smart contract development.
• Hands-on experience with DeFi protocols (DEX, staking, lending/borrowing, AMMs, yield farming).
• Experience working with Web3.js / Ethers.js.
• Familiarity with wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.).
• Knowledge of smart contract security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
