Product Designer – Take ownership of the product 🚀

💰Up to £90,000

🏡Hybrid working – 2 days a week onsite in London

We’re currently partnered with a scaling B2B SaaS company who are redefining the property industry by empowering businesses with their impactful technology as they are renowned for their data insights that enable their customers to make smarter decisions.

As an industry leader, they are now looking to continue to grow and scale and this position will play a key part in their next phase of growth.

You’ll be working closely with a cross-functional team and will take ownership of the UX requirements from research through to design. They looking for a Product Designer with experience in designing intuitive and interactive user interfaces for web-based applications. You’ll be responsible for enhancing the user experience across all their products with the change to lead design, collaborate and drive alignment across the company.

What will you be doing:

• Take the lead on the design process where you’ll own and drive the end-to-end design process starting with user research through to designs
• Be responsible for the user research and discovery where you’ll conduct comprehensive user research including interviews, workshops and surveys to build a deep understanding of their users goals and requirements
• Work closely with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to turn business requirements and user insights into design concepts user flows and journey maps
• Create wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes to leverage their design system to maintain consistency and scalability
• Lead and facilitate usability testing to gather feedback, validate designs and iterate solutions to improve user experience

What are they looking for:

• Experience in UX Design and user research in B2B SaaS products
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design and information architecture
• Proficiency in Figma to leverage design systems and streamline the design process
