Perfetti Van Melle, one of the largest multinational companies in the confectionary market, owner of leading local and global brands like Vivident, Mentos, Chupa Chups or Big Babol would like to employ Human Resources Specialist.
The candidate will be reporting to Human Resources Account Manager:
Responsibilities;
- Responsible for the full recruitment process; job posting, cv screening, phone interviews, face to face interviews, assessment development organization, reference checks, offer preparation, on-boarding and orientation,
- Responsible for internal position and external position process,
- Responsible for learning & development activities; organizing training programs in line with company strategy, scheduling training sessions, administrating company’s e-learning training portal, monitoring the budget,
- Responsible for employer branding activities; student club relations, university career days, company internship process and Young Talent Programme (Career Kitchen),
- Overseeing corporate communication according to the plan.
Qualifications required for this position are as follows;
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Strong communication and team player skills,
- Highly effective organization planning and time management skills.
