Digital Project Manager

A fast growing digital agency is looking for a Digital Project Manager to support ongoing web build projects on a long term rolling contract. This is a hands on role for someone who knows how to run multiple website projects at pace, keep teams aligned and ensure clients receive smooth, well managed delivery from start to finish.

If you enjoy organising people, timelines and workflows, and you have a solid background in web delivery, this is a strong fit.

Role: Digital Project Manager

Rate: £300 per day

Location: Fully remote

Schedule: 3 days per week, long term rolling contract

What you will be doing:

• Managing end to end delivery of website builds for a variety of clients
• Creating timelines, task lists and roadmaps in Asana
• Coordinating designers, developers, QA and internal teams
• Running stand ups, sprint planning and status updates
• Ensuring work stays on track with scope, budget and agreed timelines
• Keeping communication clear between client and internal teams
• Flagging risks early and providing solutions to keep projects moving
• Supporting content, UX and development handovers

What you will need:

• Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager within an agency environment
• Strong background in web build project delivery
• Confident using Asana or similar tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once with calm and structure
• Familiarity with digital workflows, creative processes and development lifecycles
