As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Software Engineer to join our development team in Prilly. You’ll play a key role in shaping innovative, AI-powered solutions for our clients across various sectors.

Your role

As a Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and delivery of modern, high-quality software solutions powered by AI technologies.

Key responsibilities:

·      Collaborate with product managers and technical leads to analyse requirements and define technical strategies.

·      Design and implement new features with clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

·      Build and maintain robust automated testing to ensure software reliability and performance.

·      Take ownership of end-to-end developments, from backend APIs to frontend interfaces.

·      Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.

What we are looking for

·      Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

·      3+ years of professional experience in software development.

·      Solid expertise in JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React, React Native).

·      Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts (experience is a plus).

·      Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

·      Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently.

·      Swiss citizenship or a valid Swiss work permit.

·      Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
