Tasks
As Offer Development Specialist you will be responsible for the implementation and development of SWC processes as well as the maintenance and further development of its tools and platforms in collaboration with the worldwide organization and key suppliers.
- Lead assigned projects related to cargo processes or other specific area of responsibility
- Identify and implement operational improvements with the relevant stakeholders (customers, SWC organization, operational providers)
- Develop and improve processes relating to documentation and electronic messaging transmission and the physical transportation of goods and documents
- Communicate directives and operational capabilities information through the SWC defined communication channels
- Contribute to the development of operational tools and platforms
- Support the Offer Development Team in administrative matters and further projects or tasks

- Bachelor degree or high school education with 2 years of professional experience ideally in logistics / air cargo
- Experience in Process Management and Project Coordination/Management
- Pro-active, solution-, detail- and result-orientated problem solver in an efficient way
- IT affinity and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Fluent communication/writing skills in English
- Strong analytical skills
- Skillful communication across all levels
