Our DevOps teams create exceptional career development opportunities for talented software engineers across Westpac Group.
No two days will be the same as you will contribute to building and enhancing platform features whilst improving CI/CD pipelines, expanding platform capabilities, as well as collaborating with fellow developers to strengthen overall capability and optimise performance.
What do I need?
- Strong experience with SAS 9.4 & SAS Viya.
- Experience with SAS Management Console for user and environment configuration.
- Familiarity with LSF job scheduling and SAS log analysis.
- Understanding of data lineage, metadata cataloguing, and regulatory reporting frameworks.
- Experience working with Unix-based systems and managing SAS datasets.
- Firsthand experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Pipelines) and DevOps practices.
- Ability to integrate SAS development into modern DevOps workflows and manage deployment automation.
- Solid familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC), containerisation, and environment automation tools.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
