Homera Health comes from the team building the technology, marketing, and growth engine powering some of today’s most successful telehealth brands. As we expand into new verticals, including an upcoming men's health platform called Maves. We’re hiring world-class talent across product design, front-end and back-end engineering, digital marketing, and operations management to join us early and help build the next generation of virtual healthcare experiences.
Homera Health is hiring a full-time, remote Performance Creative Designer to create high-converting paid social ad creative and conversion-focused landing pages and web experiences for our men’s health brand called Maves. This is a growth-focused, direct-response design role, not a traditional product UI/UX position. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, our UI/UX designer, and developers to ship fast, test often, and scale what works.
You’ll thrive in this role if you love iteration, data-informed design decisions, and building creativity that drives measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Design high-velocity paid social creative (primarily Meta), including statics, carousels, and lightweight motion/video variations.
- Create conversion-focused landing pages and funnel sections in Figma, optimizing for message match, trust, offer clarity, and form flow.
- Collaborate with Marketing to define creative testing priorities and rapidly iterate based on performance insights.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are modular, buildable, and fast to ship.
- Maintain and evolve a lightweight performance creative system, including templates, components, naming conventions, and asset libraries.
- Support website refreshes or redesigns as needed to improve conversion and consistency.
- Use data, feedback, and test results to refine both ad creative and web experiences.
- 3–6+ years of experience designing direct-response or performance-driven creative.
- Portfolio demonstrating paid social iteration (multiple variants per concept); results or learnings are a strong plus.
- A portfolio is required. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
- Advanced Figma expertise, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and clean developer handoff.
- Strong fundamentals in visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and mobile-first design.
- Experience designing performance-oriented ads for social or display campaigns.
- Fast, organized, and comfortable working in a high-iteration, feedback-heavy environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Short-form video or motion skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects).
- CRO familiarity (A/B testing support, heatmaps, session recordings, basic analytics).
- Experience in health-focused or regulated-industry creative.
- UI/UX experience beyond marketing contexts.
- As full-time member of our team, you’ll enjoy:
- Flexible working hours
- Work wherever you choose.
- Unlimited Paid Time off
- Paid non-working holidays per country of residence.
- Fun and casual work environment.
- We are a diverse, global team!
