Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee web development projects from kickoff to launch. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates with clarity, and can confidently lead teams and clients through fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Own and manage website projects from start to finish.

• Plan and track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision.

• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients throughout the process.

• Keep developers and designers aligned, accountable, and on schedule.

• Anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate.

• Continuously improve internal systems and workflows for better efficiency.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years managing web development projects.

• Solid understanding of Shopify or WordPress project lifecycles.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or ClickUp.

• Comfortable working with remote teams and clients across multiple time zones.

• Eagerness to leverage AI and modern tools for improved productivity.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic technical knowledge of Shopify Liquid, WordPress themes, or plugins.

• Previous experience in client-facing account management.

• Background in design or web production.
