Position: IT Project Manager
Responsabilities:
- Lead and ensure the successful execution of IT projects from initiation to closure (scope, planning, resources, risks, budget).
- Coordinate technical teams (developers, engineers, architects, etc.) and ensure resource availability.
- Develop and track a detailed project plan using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as needed.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality IT solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders (internal teams, clients, vendors, senior management).
- Implement effective risk management strategies to anticipate and resolve technical or organizational issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (technical specifications, progress reports, post-mortem analyses).
- Guide and mentor project team members in adopting best practices for IT project management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Management or Business
- 2 to 10 years of a proven experience in Project Management
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organisation where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to communicate strategically with various stakeholder including a business audience
- Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a new environment
- Proactivity
- Autonomy
- Languages:
- Must be able to speak fluently in French AND English,
- Dutch is an asset
