In this role, you will join Platform AI Group. Your mission will be to use innovations in the AI and LLM field to shift Glia’s customers efficiency to a new level.
Our Collaboration Model
While you will enjoy a role with processes optimized for hybrid or remote work, we deeply value in-person connection. For our colleagues based in Estonia, we highly prefer if you would work from the office more often than not.
We also bring our engineering teams with remote members together at least twice a year to collaborate, innovate, and build relationships. You should be able to travel for these company gatherings, which may also include the final stages of the interview process.

Qualifications
You are driven, self-motivated, want to take ownership, and get things done well and fast. You are passionate about mastering your craft. You are a life-long learner, curious, and not afraid to ask questions and challenge others as you do yourself. We generally look for the following qualifications:
- Ownership: You have a proven track record taking ownership of the outcomes of your tasks.
- System Design: You have demonstrable experience designing, building, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and highly available systems.
- Quality & Testing: You are committed to code quality and have experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development.
- AI Proficiency: You leverage AI development tools like Copilot and Gemini in a deliberate and effective way, while also understanding their limitations and maintaining accountability for your work.
- Technical Foundation: You possess a strong understanding of web security principles, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Cloud Proficiency: You are familiar with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, and have experience running containerized applications.
- CI/CD: You have knowledge of continuous integration, deployment, and delivery practices.
- Experience: Most probably you have at least 3 years of professional software development experience and have excelled in a similar role.
