Now we are looking for a motivated Smart Systems Engineer to join our Operational Excellence (OpEx) team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate who wants to combine programming skills with electronics and automation in a real production environment.
Our mission is to create the conditions for smooth product transfers and problem-free production using the latest feasible technological solutions. You will play a key role in developing electronics production by automating production testing and improving quality. Along the way, you’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear career path in modern production technology.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated production test systems
- Implement and maintain test solutions using modern tools
- Collect and analyze production data to improve efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations
- Relevant technical education (e.g., automation, robotics, electrical engineering, software or similar)
- Programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Interest in electronics and production testing
- Ability to work in a team and onsite (hybrid arrangements possible)
- Curiosity about modern production automation and smart manufacturing technologies, such as collaborative robots, AGVs, or machine vision, is considered a plus
