We are looking for a CTO to drive our technology strategy, innovate to deliver world-class digital financial solutions and ensure scalability, security and compliance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Reporting to: Group Chief Platform Officer | C.E.O - India Business
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 15+ years in technology leadership roles with at least 5 years in the Fintech or financial services sector. Knowledge about lending and payment verticals would be an added advantage.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/related field
- Fintech Expertise: Deep understanding of the Indian Fintech ecosystem, including UPI, payment gateways, cross-border payments, lending platforms, and digital wallets
- Technical Acumen: Hands-on experience with modern technologies, including Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.), APIs and microservices architecture, Big Data, AI/ML, and blockchain technologies (preferred)
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with India’s regulatory landscape (RBI guidelines, KYC/AML frameworks)
- Experience in scaling tech solutions for millions of users in a high-growth environment
- Strong project management skills with expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
