Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Customization and Development: Design, develop, and implement custom features, workflows, and modules within the CRM platform to meet business requirements.
• Integration Management: Integrate the CRM system with third-party applications, APIs, and internal tools to streamline processes across departments.
• System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the CRM platform to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
• Data Migration and Management: Handle data migration, deduplication, and database optimization to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
• Automation and Scripting: Develop automated processes for lead tracking, reporting, and customer engagement using custom scripts and tools.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Address and resolve technical issues, bugs, and user queries related to the CRM system.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all CRM customizations, integrations, and workflows.
