Our client is now searching for an experienced architectural Project Manager looking to take ownership of complex, high-profile projects? The role is based in the clients Munich office and lead challenging architectural developments for renowned clients across research, education, and healthcare environments.

In this role, you will take end-to-end responsibility for the successful delivery of projects of varying scale and typology, working closely with our clients design studios, specialist planners, and external partners to deliver architecturally outstanding, technically sophisticated, and sustainable solutions.

Your Role

  • Lead and manage complex architectural projects from concept through completion
  • Drive the delivery of innovative research, education, and healthcare environments
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and specialist consultants
  • Act as the main point of contact for building owners and external service providers
  • Ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and quality targets
  • Take full responsibility for project and contract management, including budgets through to handover

Your Profile

  • Diploma or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Extensive professional experience as a Project Manager across all planning and execution phases (supported by references)
  • Strong expertise coordinating specialist planners in highly serviced buildings, particularly in research or healthcare
  • Strong conceptual and design skills with an innovative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Passion for sustainable construction; experience with timber construction is an advantage
  • Confident, assertive, and collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills
