Responsibilities:
- Custom develops, customizes, and integrates solutions for a complete platform meeting business needs
- Implements GPPSP product globally, providing robust hardware and software solutions
- Designs, codes, tests, documents, and implements application release projects
- Acts as GPPSP SME, designing payment flows and providing solutions
- Experienced with payment schemes (e.g., Faster Payments) and messaging (ISO 8583, ISO 20022, SWIFT)
- Builds enterprise transaction systems focused on recovery, stability, scalability, and performance
- Works with JMS/MQ applications (technical exposure preferred)
- Collaborates with Program Management and QC teams, ensuring SDLC/InfoSec compliance and proactive risk notification
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
- Demonstrates strong responsibility and delivers quickly
- Communicates effectively, documenting technical and functional specifications clearly
- Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and business skills
- Builds relationships and promotes teamwork across global teams
- Manages negotiations, difficult conversations, and prioritization effectively
- Flexible to handle multiple complex projects and changing priorities
- Promotes continuous process improvement, especially in code quality, testability, and reliability
- Extensive relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
