We're looking for a strategic and hands-on UX/UI Designer to help shape the future of our mobile product experience, working at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities.
As a UX/UI Designer, you'll:
- Own the end-to-end design process for critical mobile product initiatives, from discovery to delivery.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate product strategy into clear, user-centered experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and inform design decisions.
- Create thoughtful interaction flows, clean visual interfaces, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and/or AI tools.
- Define and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment across all mobile touchpoints.
- Provide design playbooks, documentation, and reusable components to help other teams deliver great UX
- Offer guidance and feedback to cross-functional teams to maintain high UX standards across the product.
- Proven experience designing high-quality mobile app experiences (iOS/Android), with a deep understanding of platform-specific conventions and constraints.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a sharp eye for detail and a systems-thinking mindset
- Confidence working with stakeholders, aligning design work with both business goals and user needs.
- Expertise in Figma and experience creating or maintaining a design system.
- Familiarity with UX testing tools (e.g., Convert, VWO).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
