Cloud Migration – DevOps Engineer

Now Cloudworkz is looking for a Mid- Senior level Dev Ops Engineer to support AWS cloud migration activities and ensure operational reliability through effective monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting. This role requires a strong technical foundation in AWS migration tools, OS-level troubleshooting (both Windows and Linux), and familiarity with cloud observability Practices.

Job description:

• Execute cloud migration activities using AWS MGN (Application Migration Service) and CMF (Cloud Migration Factory).
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot migration-related issues across Windows and Linux environments.
• Analyze CloudWatch logs, Lambda functions, and application behavior to diagnose and resolve problems.
• Utilize cutover tools to manage migration timelines and minimize downtime (Good to Have).
• Provide operational support, ensuring high system availability post-migration.
• Communicate effectively with application owners and stakeholders to coordinate migration activities.

Requirements:

• 4+ year of AWS migration experience (MGN, CMF).
• Windows & Linux troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of AWS observability tools (Lambda, CloudWatch logs).
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with application stakeholders

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with cutover tools.
• Familiarity with cloud security and compliance best practices.
• Previous experience in shift-based operational support.

Company offers:

• Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Additional Work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required based on business needs. All additional hours are compensated in accordance with company policy.
• Travel Expenses: All business-related travel expenses are fully covered by the company.

Monthly Salary:

up to 6250 Gross
