By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.
You will join the Banking Operations department, specifically in the Custody Services team. As a member of the Fees Projects & Developments team, you will contribute to the design, optimization, and management of end-to-end (E2E) processes while supporting innovative projects and operational improvements.
Your role
- Process Optimization: Design and optimize end-to-end (E2E) processes and prioritize the product improvement backlog.
- Specifications and Change Management: Draft and formalize business specifications related to E2E processes, actively contribute to change management by creating roadmaps, planning future deliveries, and communicating new features.
- Incident Management and Operational Support: Monitor incidents, analyze related reports, and provide operational support.
- Project Management: Support and oversee the department's projects, including the design and adaptation of pricing structures as well as the integration of new products.
- Governance and Risk Management: Establish operational governance with business lines, identify and manage activity-related risks, and oversee peripheral tools related to pricing (e.g., pricing robots).
- Innovation and Automation: Develop and automate production tools to optimize team activities, and conduct technological monitoring to identify innovation opportunities.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree, HEG diploma, or equivalent, with 2 to 3 years of experience in the banking sector, ideally with knowledge of pricing and/or project management.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructures, databases, and banking-specific technological tools (e.g., Avaloq). Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) and/or test automation is a plus.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve complex problems, innovate, and propose suitable solutions.
- Autonomy and Responsibility: Work independently with a good sense of priorities and effective stress management, while demonstrating professional ethics and a sense of responsibility.
- Team Spirit and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proactivity and Curiosity: Flexibility, curiosity, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in data extraction, filtering, and analysis using tools such as Excel, VBA, SQL, Tableau, etc. Knowledge of Jira is an advantage.
- Languages: Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
