Scorechain is a Luxembourg-based company specialized in blockchain analytics and compliance solutions. We build tools that help financial institutions, crypto businesses, and regulators assess risk, stay compliant, and fight fraud in the digital asset space.

We are growing our Customer Success & Growth Manager team in Belval and are looking for a proactive, technically-minded professional eager to transform client support into a driver of growth and retention.


You Role

As a Customer Success & Growth Manager at Scorechain, you will:

  • Become the Product Expert and primary contact for our B2B clients, notably on our APIs and KYT solutions.
  • Be responsible for guiding customers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they get value from the product while identifying opportunities for renewal, upsell, and expansion.looking for a high Net Retention Rate (NRR).
  • Identify, structure, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio of accounts.
  • Optimize and manage our Product Adoption tools (e.g., Userpilot) to ensure an efficient and digitalized client onboarding experience.
  • Handle advanced technical and regulatory queries, acting as a Consultant to Compliance Officers and CTOs.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to align on growth strategies and product feedback.
  • Lead Business Reviews focusing on value and ROI.


Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience (3+ years) in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS or FinTech environment.
  • Solid Digital and Technical knowledge: You must understand the fundamentals of APIs, data integration, and SaaS architecture.
  • Proven ability to drive retention and revenue growth (upsell/renewal).
  • Interest in Blockchain, Crypto Assets, or Regulatory Compliance (AML/KYT/MiCA).
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and any other languages.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Userpilot, or similar digital adoption platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive)
  • Experience managing global enterprise-level accounts.
